They are increasingly automated in their professions and thereby are incapable of being real healthcare practitioners. America is not medically or economically viable and these systems need to end and go away. The North American Union (NAU) would be preferable to this status quo, with the opportunity for new ideas, innovation, and in disrupting the established means of doing and conducting business.
