Ray Stevens Implements Option #2

Since the debt ceiling has not be raised but Congress has passed it in spending, does anyone think there is a difference between political parties? What has the Republican House accomplished to reduce real spending? As we watch the dollar collapse and our houses depreciate every day, is option number 2 the answer?

Not in a moral and virtuous society. So what does that say about our country?
