Michael Nutter is the mayor of Philadelphia and should be applauded for taking a stand against violence by African Americans. He has announced a curfew today for all children 13 and under for 10:00 PM and 12:00 PM for 18 and under. His public statements in church are shown below. Although his comments were directed at African Americans, common sense and parental responsibility applies to everyone.
