I like the meme of Trump holding up the severed head of Medusa … very emotionally satisfying.
And I love the message of personal responsibility manifest in the essay “Citizen of the Republic” by TL Davis.
But restoration of “Rule of Law” will not solve our societal problems. Our problems are rooted in the departure of the legal systems of our various legislative domains from the American and English Common-Law.
Statute and ordinance no longer embody ethics and morality, but stand as mere edict (will of man) to be served up by force.
Read the following … read it again … and again:
To recover our Rightful Liberty, we need to educate our friends and neighbors about the need to eradicate all statute and ordinance and return to common-law.
And perhaps we should go a little further in our personal responsibility than TL Davis recommends:
Individuals are justified in the initiation of violence to stop Common-Law crime or apprehend Common-Law criminals (a justification for vigilantism).

I agree. Often the subtlety of my threats go unnoticed in the larger scope of the post, but read carefully, it is there. To attempt to reestablish the rule of law, is to invite, perhaps cause a civil war with all its necessary auxiliary scalp taking in the process. I liked the quote and recognize that as the baseline of human interaction. The quicker the better. T
It is really simple. We have no rule of law in the United States. Without the rule of law, there is no Republic. If there is no Republic, we have to examine other options that do not include the tyrant’s abuses under their “rule of law”. I see no other option than a balkanization into smaller regions based on heritage, economics and morality. As we have seen in Philadelphia, the concept of morality is defined as “lack of morality” in many parts of the country.

“For with the acceptance of the myth of the rule of law comes a blindness to the fact that laws are merely the commands of those with political power, and an increased willingness to submit oneself to the yoke of the state. Once one is truly convinced that the law is an impersonal, objective code of justice rather than an expression of the will of the powerful, one is likely to be willing not only to relinquish a large measure of one’s own freedom, but to enthusiastically support the state in the suppression of others’ freedom as well.”
