Understand one thing only: “Apprehensions.” We hear it constantly. As if, in being “apprehended” one’s free movement is impaired--maybe you’re in jail?
Not hardly. “Apprehension” at the Southern border means a cursory glance, then you’re handed a bag with $5K of cash, a cell phone, a sandwich, water and a ticket to the interior of the U.S.
Apprehension. Riiiiiiight! You’re “apprehended” now! [Wink, wink].
