They are selected law enforcement agencies that refuse to except what the Constitution actually says. Some Sheriffs are good for the people and some are not worth their weight in crap. We the people do not know who we can trust anymore. So many of the Sheriffs and Police Chiefs have been bought by Department of Homeland Security with federal training slots, military equipment such as MRAP’s, weapons and air assets. So you see how our law enforcement agenies have been militarize with our own tax dollars. Our excess military equipment is being returned from the combat zone over seas. By giving this equipment to these agencies they them have become part of DHS and the federal government.
