Rubio and How Easily We Are Still Divided

I posted an article concerning Marco Rubio reintroducing legislation in 2023 that would not allow a President to withdraw from NATO without Congressional approval. The comments quickly were hijacked to attack Trump for picking him to be his Secretary of State.

Here is the latest information concerning this “appointment” as reported by the New York Times per Grok:

As of the latest information available, President-elect Donald Trump is expected to nominate Marco Rubio as his Secretary of State, but the appointment has not been officially confirmed. Multiple sources indicate that Rubio is the favored choice, with some outlets like The New York Times and Reuters reporting this expected nomination. However, the confirmation process still needs to take place, which involves Senate approval. Therefore, while there is strong indication of Rubio’s prospective role, the appointment remains expected rather than confirmed.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When will we learn to stop being deceived? Rubio may be the nominee but using information reported by the NY Times to marginalize Trump for picking from the Deep State Swamp and then for associating with Elon Musk sh9ws how low our nation’s critical thinking skills have become. Another example is the “leaked” poll of how Senators will vote for the new Senate Majority Leader. Quite a stir from another leak that has no basis in reality.
Evil will not lie down and go away. The fight is just beginning: stop helping the enemy with propaganda and misinformation.
I respect your views. I give you an “upvote.” I do not give “down votes” or accuse you of “false allegations” for what I wrote -- as you did to me today. You gave me two down votes -- one yesterday and one today. You let me know twice that you gave me “down votes.”
Do you demand others here state they give their names when they click on the down vote? Maybe we should all give our names if we down vote. Secrets breed contempt. I remember when you got rid of down votes. Now “you need to use them again.” Plus you need to accuse people of false allegations. Wow.
Do as you wish. I think down votes are “silly.” I posted my real name here. I stand by my name. Do not accuse me of false allegations. I posted the article here and sent it to you and quoted from it on NC Renegades post about Rubio. Now you can wipe me off your map here or respect the fact that Catherine Fitts, a former Trump HUD head, Lew Rockwell blog, Wayne Lusvardi, Fox News, and many others are “wary” of the lead technocrats surrounding Trump. Lest we forget all the name Trump called Rubio in 2016 election campaign.
Question: Does Dave allow commenters to hold a different view on NC Renegades without Dave giving a commenter a “down vote” and accusing them of false allegations in their comment? Inquiring minds need to know.
As for me, Rubio and Trump are globalists and so is Biden and Harris etc. So is Musk and Silicon Valley etc etc. That’s my view, Dave.
We are in this together. I am not a troll. You blocked me once before because you do not like my views.
I have a different view of the technocrats “surrounding”Trump. I sent you the article this am on Lew Rockwell by Wayne Lusvardi before posting what “he stated in the article.” Instead of accusing me of false allegations, you might have asked me “where I got my info” but you did not.
Jane, thank you for taking the time to respond.
I read that article, and it appears Trump is the one deceiving people.
If half of the article if true, then I regret casting my vote for Trump.
Marco Rubio is NOT a good man. https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/?s=Marco+Rubio
and that’s only for starters. He isn’t eligible to be President, yet he ran.
He is a globalist war hawk bought and paid for by big Pharma and the military industrial complex maggots. I wouldn’t trust Rubio with nothing, just another phony deep state WHORE. He has two faces like many of those demons in the senate and house of Representatives have, especially around election time, and they manage to still dupe there dumbed down constituents with lies and deceptions. Christ has taught us by their fruits we will know who they are, and this guy has bad fruit on his tree.
Rubio is one of many RINO swamp rats. I am very disappointed in Trump for even suggesting this neocon war mongerer for SOS.
Rubio’s chief of staff was Dick Cheneys, need I say more. Wish I would not have voted for Trump
The Treehouse has an interesting article about the appointment of Steven C. Witkoff as special envoy to the Middle East with respect to the potential appointment of Rubio to SOS position. Witkoff would be completely in charge of Middle East policy (i.e. focus on peace) and Rubio would get Europe and Asia. Benefit is to get Rubio out of the senate and particularly off the SSCI, thereby allowing DeSantis to replace Little Marco with a true patriot like Matt Gaetz.
