Rule of Man Is Now In Effect, What Should You Do?

The rule of law guaranteed to us by the Constitution has been replaced by the rule of man. I have written about this in the past but we now see it everyday by the spiteful elite who have usurped power.

So?

Once law enforcement and the military realize this change in authority, we have to ask how they will react. Will they stand up to defy tyranny, use the same excuse given at the Nuremberg  Trials that they were only following orders, or embrace it with an abuse of power? The story below is not an isolated incident. Did you ever think that you would live in a nation where you had to cower in the presence of law enforcement or a park ranger? For those who think that this is hyperbole, prove me wrong. But for those whose eyes are now wide open, if the Sicherheitspolizei are targeting senior citizens and WWII veterans, who is next? I had respect of law enforcement in the past. Until I heard Wake County Sheriff Harrison’s views on the Constitution and Federal authority.

What is your course of action? Contact your local law enforcement now and see if you get a “warm and fuzzy” response as Cherokee County Sheriff Lovin has given the community.

‘Gestapo’ tactics meet senior citizens at Yellowstone

The bus stopped along a road when a large herd of bison passed nearby, and seniors filed out to take photos. Almost immediately, an armed ranger came by and ordered them to get back in, saying they couldn’t “recreate.” The tour guide, who had paid a $300 fee the day before to bring the group into the park, argued that the seniors weren’t “recreating,” just taking photos.

“She responded and said, ‘Sir, you are recreating,’ and her tone became very aggressive,” Vaillancourt said.

“Rule of Man” is indeed undesirable.

But one must also consider the distinction between Rule of Law and Rightful Liberty …

• If you refuse to pay unjust taxes, your property will be confiscated.
• If you attempt to defend your property, you will be arrested.
• If you resist arrest, you will be clubbed.
• If you defend yourself against clubbing, you will be shot …

These procedures are known as the Rule of Law.

Edward Abbey
1927 -- 1989

The above “procedure” stands in glaring contrast to Rightful Liberty:

“Rightful Liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.”

The commentary of Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison and the county attorney (dunno his name) at the Moccasin Creek Minutemen meeting in January (I think) was hair-raising. They both essentially said, we will go door to door and confiscate arms if we are told to do so, but we won’t be told, so don’t worry about it. There are no doubt thousands of US sheriffs who feel the same way.

I really liked hearing this part of the meeting though as I am a inhabitant of Wake County. He gets a couple applauses here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46L9qmiQE2s#t=211
