SCOTUS: States Can Prosecute Illegal Aliens for Stealing American IDs

Identity Theft

States have the authority to prosecute illegal aliens for using stolen identities of American citizens to work illegally in the United States, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday.

I have two questions:

  1. Why would the Supreme Court be involved in this states’ rights issue?
  2. Why was the decision not unanimous?

My answers:

1. Simply because the SCOTUS usurped the lawmakers decades ago. They have become de facto legislators with lifetime anointments.

2. The four dissenting, blackrobed tyrants subscribe to one world government; NWO. They are not USC originalists, just as the majority, especially Roberts, are not ! Rather than make rulings or refrain from ruling, per the United States Constitution, they subvert and usurp and make LAW from the bench.

While all lawyers are worthless, the SCOTUS are the worst kind of lawyers….JUDGES !

Any positive SCOTUS decision that should be a slam dunk is always tempered by the fact that some of them will vote against it.
