From the majority opinion of the Supreme Court:
Members of this Court are not public health experts, and we should respect the judgment of those with special expertise and responsibility in this area,” the majority opinion said.
“But even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten. The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty.”
From Justice Gorsuch:
“It is time — past time — to make plain that, while the pandemic poses many grave challenges, there is no world in which the Constitution tolerates color-coded executive edicts that reopen liquor stores and bike shops but shutter churches, synagogues, and mosques.”

What if Ginsburg had not died? The Supreme Court would have been 5-4 in support of these attacks on churches. What if Amy Barrett had not been confirmed? The court ruling would have been 4-4 and Cuomo’s edict would have been left in place.
What if God was not in control? Patriots believe not only in the Constitution but in the principles that formed this country. These principles include the Declaration of Independence which severed our bonds from England’s tyranny. The founding fathers understood the concepts of Divine Providence, morality and sacred Honor. They understood that sacrifices are a necessary part of Liberty.
What do we have to sacrifice to win this civil war? Everything that the enemy is already trying to steal from us. The attacks on our religion, personal freedom, financial resources, morality, culture and honor are seen daily. If we do not fight, the consequences are the same as if we fight and lose. Our only alternative is to unite, fight and win.
