To paraphrase Shakespeare, “me thinks he doth assume too much.”

The religious establishment and those within its spheres of influence will lay down for the rulers as is evidenced by an inability to cultivate economic leadership, a lack of understanding as to material and civic positioning, as well as the educational underpinnings needed to secure the generational succession of such, but rather, only pass on the torch of poverty (some consider poverty as holiness, for others it ensures their authority). There’s a reason many will have to flee to the wilderness to survive. They have shown themselves incapable of being able to maintain civilization amongst modernity. For as much professing against communism that many christians espouse, they couldn’t have handed the communists a better gift, than that of being led by their church leaders, who will have as a chief interest, a reinforced means of income via the tithing plate as a justification for their concerns that the people need not govern, or even come to the point of considering such, as the church leaders will do it for them. Therefore, the tenets of passivity and submission constitute the dominant position and as such, are propagated among believers (pretribulation rapture); that people only have to make a minimal, perhaps religious-institution based contribution, but will be taken out of here, having done their directed duty, which may include being guided to vote for a particular candidate, which seems to surmise what many consider political involvement to be. The “opiate of the masses”?

I do not need a mediator between me and my Lord Jesus Christ, the religious leaders are modern day pharisees corrupted, and their god is mammon. They cannot give what they do not have, I am not a pacifist in my morals, principals or beliefs. It looks like sooner than later that is what I will have to do. Gods speed keep your powder dry.
