Sheriff Joe Arpaio will present his posse’s findings on the eligibility of president Obama to legally serve as president (and be eligible to be on the 2012 election ballot) in a live Internet broadcast on March 1, 2012. The broadcast starts at 3:00 PM EST (1:00 PM MST). If the findings present cogent evidence that Obama is not a valid president, the 2008 election results could be invalidated. John Boehner would become president of the United States and all legislation passed since the Obama inauguration would become invalid. This would be an interesting turn of events especially concerning the raising of the debt ceiling by the president under the authorization given to him by John Boehner last August.

MEDIA FINALLY PAYING ATTENTION TO ELIGIBILITY?
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Poll after poll in recent months has revealed that Americans have a high level of concern over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, with one poll revealing fully half of the nation wants Congress to investigate the question.
But mostly reporters for the traditional media – networks, major newspapers, major news corporations and conglomerates – have giggled when talk turns to the serious question of just what – exactly – does the U.S. Constitution require of presidents.
But that’s changing, as media organizations from all political persuasions seek admittance to a news conference to be held by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz.
The event is tomorrow at 1 p.m. Mountain Standard Time in Phoenix, 3 p.m. Eastern, and will be live-streamed by WND.
The topic of discussion will be an investigation by Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse into concerns about Obama’s eligibility, the first time an official law enforcement report has addressed many of the allegations about the presumptive 2012 Democratic nominee for president.
Those issues include his eligibility under the U.S. Constitution’s requirements, questions about his use of a Connecticut Social Security number, the image of his purported birth certificate from Hawaii and others.
In addition to the live-streaming, WND will make available to the public, the same day by email, the official report distributed to media by Arpaio’s investigators. Those interested in receiving the report can sign up for the free service.
That would all be fine, but why would John Boehner become president, wouldn’t the first runner up in the election become president and his running mate become vice president?

Since the election results would be invalidated, both Obama and Biden would be removed from office. The speaker of the House is next in line for the presidency.
Question: assume that his ineligibly is establish in the court of public opinion, what does this do the the Democratic party?
The lines for political ideologies have already been drawn. Any politician who knowingly perpetuated this fraudulent administration has violated their oath of office to support the Constitution against enemies both foreign and domestic. The course of action is clear: they need to be tried for treason.

We all know this was never about a birth certificate, if it was then these same people would be asking Romney for his. If release of the details of the investigation was “shut down”, then WHO forced the “shut down”? If Sheriff Arpaio can’t release the details to the public what keeps him from sending the details to private citizens? After all the fuss “where is the beef”?
Lets be clear none of these dullards have won a case in the “U.S. Courts”, maybe in their simple minds (if they have any) but not in our “U.S. Courts”, so unless Birthers/ Teabaggers, whatever you want to be called, win a court case, we will continue to see as dullards, liars or racist or maybe all three.
