Francis, I don’t think there are any goals honestly as there has been not one real consensus of thought as a whole on what any goals are except to slow or halt the progression of these former united states toward communism. People, most people anyway, don’t begin social conflict but are caught up in it regardless. Bosnia being the best example I can think of. Sides will be chosen, because there can be no middle. The above article and replies have been debated for over ten years concerning the overthrow of the country by the Deep State (its current label). I suspect this label’s transition to Socialism or Communism is forthcoming.
1. Everyone understands both sides of the argument. No one has stepped up to lead so what is the course of action?
2. My defined goal has never changed or wavered: we have a duty to restore true Liberty to our children. If that goal is adopted with sincerity by all, the “issues” concerning power fall away.
3. Instead of trying to figure out the path forward, all we have to do is look back to how our founding fathers achieved their goal.
a. There was no one leader and the separate colonies had to join together or die. Literally.
b. They realized that petitioning the King for redress of grievances was not a valid strategy.
c. They had brilliant minds studying the issues who put their fortunes and lives on the line.
d. They made the decision not to be slaves or for their children to be slaves.
e. They performed acts of “terrorism” in defiance of the government’s policies and taxes.
f. Most importantly, they started a revolution (or Presbyterian Revolt as the British called it) without anything other than a Continental Congress. Their Liberty was more important than what would replace tyranny.
g. It took another decade to replace their initial attempt (the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union) with the Constitution. This was another Revolution as it overthrew the legal government of the colonies. So they had a Revolution and then figured out the government’s structure. We do not have to start from nothing; we can restore the Great Experiment’s foundation.
4. Our worst enemy for our success is apathy; otherwise known as Trump Euphoria Syndrome. Until we understand that it is up to us, we will not succeed and we will become further enslaved to the state. And God will be replaced by the State.
5. What can we do? PATCONs are a start but not the solution. Organize, train, develop information networks and build community. This will not restore the country but it will help organize the Balkanization of the country which is the likely outcome (in my mind).
6. What to look for in our “leaders”? The best quality of leadership is followship. Follow the leaders who have integrity, morality, courage, unwavering commitment and a firm reliance on divine Providence. Look to their actions and not their words.
7. Understand that the path forward will be deadly. Patriot blood will be spilled as the tree of Liberty is watered.
8. Learn to evaluate the actions and motivations of people. How many people would you entrust to safeguard the lives of your children? How many people would you trust to be your patrol buddy? Or your wife’s patrol buddy? Relationships and discernment take time to nurture.
9. Prepare for the worst. Prepare as if it will be tomorrow. I thank God for the extra time we have been given. Only you can take the first step to achieve your goals.
10. Our enemy will not give up. Evil never does. This fight has to be a decisive victory or our children will be sacrificed.
I have heard that a drowning person eventually stops struggling and accepts their fate and just breathes in the fluid that will fill their lungs and kill them. Before they get to that point if there is a person attempting to rescue them they will drag that person down with them to the same fate in their struggle. There are times that I feel that we will suffer the same fate.
There will be no civil war and there will be no fight to preserve Liberty. There may be conflict and violence but violence, riots and chaos do not make a good recipe for a fight for freedom. I struggle with developing attitudes and decisions that would serve to restore liberty but are also clearly consistent with Biblical Christian faith. Not picking and choosing a verse here and there, but a true synthesis. Time to go back and read some of our Founders. As I have learned a great deal spiritually from Puritan writers, I suppose going back a few centuries will help with this. I clearly grasp the concepts of 4G war, but much of that does not fit a Biblical understanding.a

A very interesting, if not convoluted commentary. I would like to ask each one of you the same question and saving that effort ask that you carefully evaluate Our First Right as President George Washington won through Congress, and which that same body stole from us early in the 20th Century. As it stands today, we need only 27 more states to ratify what was thought by the Deep State to be dead and buried. The task before us, however, DOES require joining to the sense that we would each have our own jobs to do. Currently, we are so new (but very, VERY WELL RESEARCHED!), that many state and especially county administrators are needed. Nevertheless, maintaining a county or state web site is about the limit of it unless you are one of those that actually talks to the legislators. We have a fabulous way to get them to join us, and this is not one of those things where only Republicans would be interested. Many Democrats will join this effort to restore America.
