Excellent point, more really good information, keep up the good work!
Another, essential requirement often forgotten is, air filtering and circulation.
Everyone needs to get kerneys book, nuclear was survival skills, it is full of essential information!

An other little mentioned plan is, how are you going to wash clothes after you come out of your shelter, with little or no power?
I am going to send my wife down the mountain to the creek, to wash our clothes with rocks. It is less than a mile and while she is in her seventies the exercise will be good for her heart! If I live through that, I have little to worry about from the Russians!
Try to have a back up plan, for all essentials.

Back in the early 1960’s my old Grandma used the “thunder bucket” at night. She didn’t have indoor plumbing.
