Why not, he is an enemy combatant sent from the defense dept. to carry out mob hits on American gun owners. But Iam curious, how he would get around second amendment gun sanctuary counties voted on overwhelmingly and approved by county commissioners. So, you would have every right under law to remove the threat by any means at your disposal and with the help of the sheriff from your county. The sheriff must heed the laws of the county or else he would be removed for violating the law.
