Today on the Hannity, TRUMP stated that “all illegal aliens would have to return to their country of origin and apply to come back into the United States.”
He also said, that many of them are “really bad” and those that are “good“, would have to come in the legal way. And, that is where his proposed “Merit System“, which still remains “undefined”, would seemingly apply.
