When Katrina hit the police went out and took the guns from citizens that had them legally!!! Who broke the 2nd amendment? THE Government did.
When looking for the Boston bomber they went house to house, No warrant and took people out at GUN POINT !!! who in the heck do they think they are !!? The Supreme Court ruled that the police did not have a constitutional duty to protect a person from harm. WHAT!!!

We will never get guns “off the street” so what the gun grabbers are really saying is they want the honest citizens to be defenseless. Bad guys with guns are stopped by good guys with guns…..
The United States was founded on the Individual rights of self-protection. That means in the U.S. we look to ourselves first to protect me and mine and the government second. And yes we also keep guns to protect ourselves from our own government.

The larger responsibility is to FOLLOW THE LAW period. It’s Called Law enforcement for a reason. They are LAW enforcement Officers. Disrespecting the badge is earned by officers disrespecting the law and rights of the citizens. They have a tough job yes .People in those jobs need to be the outstanding individuals. When they do wrong, file a report with their Division, and The FBI art. 1983 and the ACLU this will stop the bad cops from being promoted and on the Brady list. They have an Us vs. them mentality and will and do compromise their ethics to protect themselves. If you are a good cop look in the mirror and imagine all the bad cops you know standing behind you. Who protects us from them?
