Yes, still true. However I think it’s unfair to blame the military primes. It’s the lobbyist and the politicians. And those lobbyist don’t always work for the primes. Also the United States engineering prowess has really taken a hit. We suck. The only sector innovation still flourishes is with the Military Primes. And a lot of that eventually bleeds over into the private sector.
