Biden had major brain surgery some decades ago for an aneurism (possibly twice) and the long-term effects of such major surgery is in fact ‘vascular dementia’ --which you are seeing today. The symptoms mimic Alzheimer’s disease which is just as insidious, and you will see patients with vascular dementia having fewer and fewer good hours of cognizance per day. This ‘good window’ of hours fits perfectly into a vascular dementia diagnosis--as with Alzheimer’s there are no ‘good hours’ or window of cognizance.

My dad had sundowners for the last couple years of his life. During the day he was cognitively very normal but at night the senility/dementia came out. It was bazaar.

Saw this the day after the debate: I woke up feeling sad-I did not enjoy watching an elderly man struggle for 90 minutes with the world watching. I blame his family and his staff – those who have been with him and knew or had to know.This is not fair to him or the nation.
