Every single woman forced to wear the head wrap should definitely have a Joe Biden I did that sticker right on their forehead.

I worked in Afghanistan from 2009 thru 2012. I have to tell you, I was only on FOBs, but from what I could tell, local women had to wear the full head to toe dress back then. This is not really new news.
