Texas Veteran Fined $2,000 for Legally Carrying a Rifle

Army Veteran MSG C.J. Grisham was found guilty and  fined $2,000 on Nov. 19th of “interference with duties of a public servant.” The case drew national attention when video taken by Grisham’s son capturing the encounter went viral. Grisham was openly carrying a rifle while out hiking with his son on a rural Texas road.
