Unfortunately, most all “American’s” do not understand the Constitution and the true history of the American Government. They only understand the British version, the United States of America -- incorporated. . BTW, there are 3 Constitutions and 3 forms of government which operate in the geographical area of this country.

As a U.S. Citizen or citizen of the United States (there is a legal difference) you are entitled to 14th amendment privileges as CITIZENS (not “the people”) of the government. If you desire to “recapture” the full Constitutional Guarantees granted by the Bill of Rights as one of the People -- you must change your political status as stated in USC title 8, section 1101 (a) 21 from (a) 22.

These Guarantees and your natural and unalienable Rights can only be accessed via LAND JURISDICTION of your State -- your birth right. This Jurisdiction operates under Common Law NOT Admiralty and Commercial Law of the United States incorporated “governments”. All the problems facing this country could be remedied if your audiences and those of other patriot groups would educate to the above. See theamericanstateassembly.net for further information. You seem to be well-versed in patriot myths. I suspect that fabricating those myths is a black ops. The myths are destructive because the patriots who are deceived by them focus on the myths instead of the Constitutional Truths.

The simple Constitutional Truth is that the federal gov’t has no constitutional authority to regulate guns & ammo over the Country at Large -- those are not enumerated powers. Furthermore, to regulate those items violates the 2nd Amendment.

That’s it. No need for silly (and false) myths to make your case against gun control.
