The BLM and Their Mercenaries Are Coming

Battle of Lexington

April 19, 1775 will always be remembered as the day when the shot heard round the world was fired on the Lexington Green. But in reality, this is not true. How many people knew that today was the anniversary of our nation’s beginning of the American Revolution? It is easy to make the correlation between this event and the tyranny patriots are experiencing today. In 1775, many patriots were considered to be traitors to the crown and acting against the Bible. Today, patriots are labeled domestic terrorists by the same tyrants who have abandoned the Constitution.

Many would say that today would be a glorious day to fire the next shot heard round the world. The events still transpiring at the Cliven Bundy ranch offer an opportunity to galvanize our resolve with many correlations to the battles fought at Lexington and Concord. Paul Revere, William Dawes and Dr. Prescott’s refrain of “The Regulars Are Coming” would be replaced by “The BLM Regulars Are Coming”. But the reality is that the BLM will not come on this important anniversary. And when they do come, the refrain will be “The BLM and Their Mercenaries Are Coming”. And that puts it all into perspective.

I believe that any American who sells his services to this government to attack patriots is on the same level as Benedict Arnold. In both cases, any honor was sold for money. The sad refrain that the BLM rangers were only doing their job will not be a defense if this and other situations result in the deaths of patriots.

And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure. – Thomas Jefferson

As President Jefferson well knew, Liberties are not free and their purchase is dear. He also stated the following in the same letter:

The British ministry have so long hired their gazetteers to repeat and model into every form lies about our being in anarchy, that the world has at length believed them, the English nation has believed them, the ministers themselves have come to believe them, and what is more wonderful, we have believed them ourselves.

We see the same propaganda in our “media” today. But the most egregious failing in our country is that “we have believed them ourselves”. The media and our leaders have made patriots into traitors through our own apathy and ignorance. I spent an hour yesterday waiting for a haircut. Or rather getting the lay of the land. The main topics of discussion were Cliven Bundy, the price of beef and the price of ammunition. What struck me was the lack of information in their conversation. At one point, a man said that he watches the news on TV and reads accounts concerning the Bundy ranch and doesn’t know what to believe. At that point, I asked him why he did not do his own research. When he replied that he would not know where to start, I recommended Article I, Section 8 Clause 17. I should have added the Bible. Where else can we find and temper our Sacred honor to regain our God given natural laws?

Lexington and Concord

Word spread from town to town, and militias prepared to confront the British and help their neighbors in Lexington and Concord.

These COLONIAL MILITIAS had originally been organized to defend settlers from civil unrest and attacks by French or Native Americans. Selected members of the militia were called MINUTEMEN because they could be ready to fight in a minute’s time.

Sure enough, when the advance guard of nearly 240 British soldiers arrived in Lexington, they found about 70 minutemen formed on the LEXINGTON GREEN awaiting them. Both sides eyed each other warily, not knowing what to expect. Suddenly, a bullet buzzed through the morning air.

It was “the shot heard round the world.”

I keep thinking two things: one, if King George had had internet, satellites, and cell phones (to name a few modern conveniences), how much faster would he have prompted the rebellion? And, two, the Jews waited too long to pick up arms against their government. Both are terrifying thoughts to me. No patriot WANTS a fight, but want and need are two different things. Great article!

A very good analysis of what’s coming to the Bundy’s from a 20yr plus, former firearms and tactics instructor.
