Border Patrol Union announces it will not follow unlawful orders. I guess we will have to wait to see what they believe to be unlawful.

Amen, that’s the difficulty all honorable law enforcement and military are facing.

When is an order unlawful?

Could an order be carefully phrased to get honorable people to do what is LATER thought an unlawful order?

So, I suppose I’m suggesting we keep an eye on law enforcement but try not to throw the honorable ones out with the scum.

The problem is solved if one chooses to always do that which is right whether it is lawful or not.

Respectfully Pastor, manning a traffic stop and traffic license plate camera is a lawful order.

Passed one on my little shopping run. It’s like the lawful order that stores have to share in store video surveillance.

Even the little Mom and Pop hardware store has them, I looked.

What the deep state USES that data for is not so sure.

In my opinion .gov surveilling people without a warrant is unconstitutional, even if the info comes from a private person.

See the previous “Sanction of the Victim” story at top of the page. If a LEO cannot understand the concept of a “border” after swearing fealty to the US Constitution, no definition of lawful/unlawful will matter.

Regardless that it’s ripe for fedgov entrapment, the ‘Border Convoy’ organizers are not going to conduct any actions or events at Eagle Pass. Moreover, their current plan is to get no closer than a “25 minute drive” away from the border: “Saks says that organizers have been in contact with local law enforcement along the convoy routes and in rally locations. Additionally, the rallies will take place on private property, which he says will empower event security to remove any troublemakers. The locations for the Arizona and California rallies haven’t been posted yet.” “The Texas rally is taking place in Quemado, about a 25-minute drive from Eagle Pass, at the “Children’s Cornerstone Ranch,” which provides ministerial services to kids.”

Lip service. If the Border Patrol agents ACTUALLY opposed the current regimes policies and orders they would RESIGN. That’s not happening. So this “statement” is just hot air and BS. Not only are they NOT quitting there is plenty of video evidence of actual agents aiding the illegal invaders in direct violation of bright letter law. So I’m not buying the bull.
