there should be no debate about this, its not in the Constitution, and all these black robed demons with there so called intellect are in derision and they make believe its there when its not, total idiotic nincompoops with law degrees. no lawyer should sit on the bench as judges especially the Supreme Court , that’s what are founders would have wanted. In the beginning of this nation our founders did not think highly of the court and that’s why the Supreme court practiced out of the basement, they need to be returned to the basement forever.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof… Are illegals subject to the jurisdiction thereof? United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) defines how a child of an alien can become a citizen. Well worth reading--it takes the garbage out of the anchor baby debate.
