Lawsuit over shooting death of LaVoy Finicum dismissed
A federal lawsuit related to the shooting of rancher Robert LaVoy Finicum has been dismissed.
Oregon Public Broadcasting reports the civil suit was filed in U.S. District Court of Oregon by Ryan Payne, Shawna Cox and others who were associated with the Bundy family’s 2016 occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
They claimed that FBI agents, Oregon State Police and other officials violated their civil rights by using excessive force and “ambushing” them on the day Finicum was shot and killed.
Chief District Court Judge Michael Mosman dismissed all counts in the lawsuit Friday, saying “It’s time to put a fork in this case.”

And there we have it: there is no rule of law in the country. The FBI can execute people and judges can casually dismiss the case.

I want to correct this article. The lawsuit from Shana Cox and Ryan Payne was dismissed. The lawsuit from Jannette Finicum has not been dismissed. The original news media did this on purpose. I know this to be true because I am Lavoy Fnicum’s son-in-law. Please make a correction to this article so that people know the lawsuit is still happening.

This is a travesty of justice as I suspected would happen. Kate Brown and the FBI are guilty of murder. This shit should never have happened. The Oregon State Police are very complicit in this as well, as they violated their oaths as LEO’s. I’ll never trust a cop again.

Civil court is the best option for the moment. Our local P.D. had so many ethics problems and law suits the city disbanded it. Now all we have is the S.O.
The hubris and utterly lawless diktat, but I repeat myself, of dismissing the malicious execution of LeVoy Finnicum to stop resistance to tyranny.
One inevitable step closer to total resistance to the State and it’s spawn and total revolutionary war.

You got it exactly backwards. This is a perfect example of rule of law. But it is a huge violation of the rule of CONSTITUTIONAL law. RoL has no we the people component. RoL is pure communism. RoL is the exact opposite of the RoCL. RoCL is what we are supposed to have in the U.S. What’s even worse, is the violation of constitutional law, by the judge, the fbi, and the state police is SUPPOSED to be investigated, and prosecuted, by the feebs. A sad day indeed!

You got it exactly backwards. This is a perfect example of RoL, the exact opposite of the Rule of Constitutional Law. What’s worse is, it’s the feebs responsibility to investigate, and prosecute constitutional rights/ law violations.

He is the only one of that bunch that could get a massive following from fly over people. informants all over, fed’s all over, stolen valor all over, stupid plan, stupid actions.
