Communists do what communists have always done; their force is at the end of a gun. The IRS will be their enforcers, against we the people, they have additional forces with the fbi, dhs, antifa, blm and every other government agency. Why do we wait? Is it fear or just apathy?Someone recently suggested I was a blogosphere warrior full of hot air, well I know who his masters are, the same ones in control of this communist government. We have run out of ways to redress this illegal regime, there is only one way forward, and it is the 2nd amendment.

I rather suspect it’s not the money they’re after. They can print all they want for whatever good it will do. Coming with guns drawn, I think they are after guns. IRS Blackshirts is just a ploy to search your property to find anything that will satisfy your debt to the government. And what better way to satisfy than to disarm. Notice that they are not concerned about anyone aligned with the left -- BLM/Antifa, Muslims, illegals, perverts -- only law-abiding patriots able to stop the madness.

If they force there way onto my property with illegal warrants, they will suffer casualty’s. There doing the bidding of an illegal communist regime, they have no standing, PERIOD.

EH
I fear it goes much deeper, in the words of the WEF, “you will own nothing, and you will like it.” An audit “discovers” an error (real or invented.) What, you are unable to pay… well, we will need to confiscate your property (everything) so that you own nothing. Not only are your firearms gone, but along with them everything else as well. God, help you if you are a prepper type, there goes your food and supplies also.

85,000 armed agents. These are not accountants that they’re hiring. We know what they’re for.

They aren’t trained warriors either.

Indeed. A bad mix of skills. Go to school taking math courses and become a qualified accountant, take a .gov job shaking down poor people for under-reported income, get a few weeks of trigger time training at Quantico, and viola, 87,000 fighting accountants. As for people more professionally inclined to law enforcement, those types may take these jobs if nothing better is available, but doing tax calculations day in and day out will be mind numbing to them. They will need constant oversight from the real accountants. If they hire 87k of this later type and make them a standing reaction force to back up the math nerds, then that could keep everyone happy, at least at first.

I believe the federal government has gotten way too big and it is interfering in areas that are the purview of the separate states. Federal Government should never be more than 10% of GDP.

One thing that would really help is if idiots (that word stems from ancient Greek for taxpayers) would stop volunteering to pay taxes that aren’t legally due. Most pay an income tax on their wages when WAGES ARE NOT INCOME! Income tax is due on a gain or a profit derived from capital or hired labor and not your own labor. The practice of taxing labor started when the feds introduced withholding during WWII. There was no change in law before and after the war yet Americans after the war found themselves paying a tax on labor.

I took IRS on over this issue of “Wages are not Income” and after sending them a forty page notice they dropped a quarter million dollar claim and have completly left me alone since before the turn of the century. Their top level investigative agent admitted to me several times off the record that I was correct. I never had to go to court, I believe because they don’t want these arguments on record. (Even though West Law is masterful at hiding cases like this.)

As an aside I’ve paid my fair share of 50% corporate taxes on a corporation I owned. These are legally due for the privilege of limited liability since a corporation is a child of the state and the state clearly has jurisdiction.

BTW they can’t convert Civil to Criminal. I have a forty some page letter that sums it all up. I don’t think anything has changed except that information is harder to come by when it should be easy. Over the years they have pulled website after website for making Constitutional claims. It’s not just Constitutional though. It’s actually in the code.

I would start by taking the free NLA (The National Liberty Alliance) civics course. NLA has a tremendous amount of information on how individuals can use the courts to effect change. Access to the how-to info requires a $10/month donation. Everyone should at least take the civics course which actually does contain a lot of case work if you take notes. The [Website CENSORED — It’s ‘National Liberty Alliance’ without the spaces in the org top level domain. Search for ‘Free Civics Course’ ⅓ of the way down the long page. ] It’s truly a great foundation to understanding our system of government which is totally being trampled by the status quo.

If you do take the NLA civics course you’ll see some examples of ballsyness in court proceedings. That kind of assurance comes when you are founded in Truth and you know Who is standing beside you. You must be willing to risk it all for Him. This is a time during which lines will be drawn and you’ll need to decide where you stand. If you cower and back down you may miss your life purpose and somewhere down the road of eternity the opportunity will repeat.

The Fed Gov and some Blue State Gov are oppressive regimes who drove most business out to make people defendant on the Gov for survival -- The three letter agencies are fill by people and these people have decided their job was more important than their fellow citizen -- the sheep will happily comply -I will not kneel — my directive is clear -- IRS FBI -- really no difference now -wake up --

go back and search the 2014-2016 GAO report for additional info on the number of firearms, types of firearms and equipment, number of rounds of ammunition and dollar expenditures, also there you find the same info on many other alphabet agencies.

The IRS has always had armed employees for raiding places involved in criminal tax evasion. Drug dealers, etc., where going in is likely to meet armed resistance. This is nothing new, and only a small fraction of the 87,000 will end up being armed like this, just like only a small fraction of them are armed now.
While the expansion of the IRS is not warranted, and is a political disaster given how the IRS has been weaponized, the fuss about armed employees is overblown. Your basic IRS agent will NOT be armed. Criminal Investigation Special Agents will.
