Your choice is simple: you can quit instead of taking a “vaccine” or you can make them fire you. Taking the vaccine is not a viable option.
If the above graphic is correct (and I believe it is except more than 10% of the company will be impacted), they are bluffing. If they are not bluffing and you are fired, you will be able to sue the company. If you quit, you are on your own.

They will have to fire me, but I have no ability to sue. I barely make enough to get by as it is. My company is owned by a multi-national investment firm, with hundreds of millions to play court with, I have…hundreds, and no attorney.

Same here brother. I would say 80-90% of the people I work with are from India and they have all gotten the commie clot shot. If the time comes they won’t even miss the so very few of us and we will be easily replaced.

I chose to let them fire me for the reason you have stated. We will see of there is a court battle. Since all but two of use received the shot, they will not be hurt by a reduction in labor.

Granted, saying. “No” is always risky. In this case it is far riskier to say, “Yes”. There will be class action law suits before this is all said & done. What you need to do is find an attorney who works with other attorneys on contingency class action cases. Almost all cities of any size have attorneys who will do this but it will require some leg work to locate one with whom you can work. In the meantime print out and keep all emails, memos, diary notes, packaging concerning the specific vax if it was being done at work or a work recommended clinic, make notes with dates concerning conversations of any sort or anyone, and keep tabs on co-workers & their negative reactions to the vax. in essence prepare your case as if you already have an attorney. Then look for information about the class action suits. The Trial Lawyers Association meets about this time of year (in the past it has been in Los Vegas) to determine who is going to start class actions and how they will frame the cases. Then small firm lawyers line up to decide which lead firms they will align with. So having no money is really not the issue. You have to stay strong and keep the faith that what you have endured and the subsequent actions are worthy of Justice.
The above memo is correct. There are more of us than them and we have the power of refusal because of that. Even if you work at a liberal place like Starbucks or Tom & Jerry’s, your absence speak volumes and the work you provided will be a burden to them.
