What I wanted to add and forgot, I have met more than one survivor of the death camps of germany. I was a contractor in CA and did some work for one of these survivors, she could not have been 5ft. tall and the sweetest person you ever could meet. After I finished my work we were talking and I noticed a book on her mantle, she was the author. What she described to me was worse than HELL, they knew just how many calories you needed to survive and do the work. I had to stop her I was crying like a baby. Prepared you bet I am prepared.
