The $1 million dollar cost was an intentional democrat misdirect. To insert the safe storage training into every schools curriculum would cost zero dollars, And as a public service instructional program, already time budgeted into every curriculum, would cost zero additional time. As a public service program, the safe storage education program is already covered in all print media. Logic dictates voting against spending one million dollars for a program already paid for.
