Top Hillary Clinton Aide Walks Out In Middle Of FBI Interview

With the FBI’s noose closing around Hillary and her closest State Department cohorts as the Federal agency nears the end of its criminal probe, some are getting increasingly concerned about what they will and will not say on the record. One such person is Hillary’s former State Department Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills, who according to the WaPo walked out of an interview with federal investigators when an FBI official began to discuss a topic considered off-limits.

The off-limits questions reportedly concerned the way in which emails were given to the State Department to be distributed to the public. According to the Post, Mills worried that the questions would violate the attorney-client privilege, and investigators had previously agreed not to broach the subject. It is unclear when the interview occurred.

The Post adds that Mills and her lawyer left the room,  though both returned a short time later. It is not completely uncommon for FBI agents and prosecutors to diverge on interview tactics and approach, and the people familiar with the matter said Mills answered investigators’ questions. Mills and her lawyer, Beth Wilkinson, also asked for breaks more than once to confer, the people said.

Investigators consider Mills  to be a cooperative witness but the episode demonstrates the tension surrounding the criminal probe into possible mishandling of classified information involving the leading Democratic presidential candidate. In the coming weeks, prosecutors and FBI agents hope to be able to interview Clinton herself as they work to bring the case to a close.Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s former State Department chief of staff, and her lawyer both returned to the interview room a short time later, according to the newspaper, citing several unidentified people.

WHY aren’t these repugnant, hostile, criminals in cuffs? We WOULD be…

Because a vast majority on the federal government has taken part in the treason or has turned a blind eye.

“Does everyone understand the penalty for treason?”

It use to be death, but Congress has the say. I really do not think they will hang the traitors since a vast majority of the federal government has been involved or overlooked the acts of treason.

Article III, Section. 3, clause 2
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Lets dream and say that it happens. Why stop at the Secretary of State.

Article. II, Section. 4
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The FBI Director is a proven man of impeccable fearless integrity -- and Obama appointing him could have been a huge mistake for the Jackass party. He is the wild card that could put the Billary in an orange jumpsuit -- or at least brand her forehead with a large undeniable L for LIAR! Man, that would really make her feel the Bern!

If the evidence leads to her (or her viva quid pro quo = the $$$Foundation) and he presents it…and the DOJ endorses the lie/fix…and doesn’t indict her a few of Elliott Ness’ Untouchable right hand men & women…will resign!

Either way…Comey holds the bucket of water and the Billary gotta be straddling her broom popping tranquilizers when nobody is looking.

Gosh…I hope she overdoses…

I hope you are right Mark, but I don’t have any confidence in ANY government agency putting the cuffs on Billary. The fix is in and always has been. Why do you think she is so confident?

pnoldguy, all my research on Comey is encouraging (this would not be the first time he defied a President) and the DOJ may not indict if he lays out indisputable evidence -- but that would still be devastating to her candidacy…and many think Comey (and some of his top people) would resign in protest if an indictment is called for but dodged for crooked politics.

As for her confidence, it could just be her duck poker face…calm on the surface…but paddling like hell underneath!

I’m with you on the lack of confidence on any government agency…but Comey is an individual wild card…and I’m calling one eyed FBI Jacks are wild…and top two faced Lying Queens!

pnoldguy….Heh…Heh…Heh…my one eyed Jack Comey pissed in Billary’s lying two faced Queen’s cornflakes this morning. (Put me in a whistling good mood all day!)

That grinding -- pucker sound (mixed audible metaphors) being heard throughout the Clinton machine and the Jackass Party is some FBI Elliot Ness sand being sprinkled in the gears while being shoved up the “Woman’s Card” derriere. (Another crass mixed metaphor.)

My apologies. I should have added “(rhetorical)”.
You’re right, though. This is all intentional. Folks who believe their actions are due to foolishness are either ignorant of the law, willfully blinded or complicit. I find the latter more plausible.
