“throws down”? That’s not throwing down. Who is the pussy that made that title up? Throwing down is much louder and threatening or even violent than this local smiling cop talking. He can’t help it if these nerds live in some neighbor hood that won’t let you wash your car. He said his lieutenant sent him there. What is this cop suppose to do? He’s just following orders. If you live in a neighborhood you can get this kind of visit because you pissed off some ass-clown neighbor. End of story.
