EVERY government agency exists to PROTECT the existing players from competition, whether foreign or domestic. EVERY ONE.

I hope this guy gets the attention of the president, and gets a chance to make these things. We need this.

If his car really is hyper fuel efficient then we should be reading about his tragic accidental death any day now. Isn’t that what happens to anyone who comes up with a super fuel efficient design?

You have a point. Preston Tucker comes to mind. Big Three propaganda killed Studebaker-Packard. Crony Capitalism at its finest. Sad.

in the 60/70’s “they” kept a 100mpg carberator off the market. funny how any physics major can show you that there is not enough energy to move a 1800 pound car 100 miles, no matter how you harness that energy. also, no patents can be found, no working models exist, and no proof of concept tests can be shown to be done. “design” and “computer modeled” are far different than one the track working model. build it and prove it.
