I BET he’s worried. Nevertheless, Mr Byrd’s “interaction” with Ms Babbitt should be examined closely and impartially. If he appears to have committed a crime in Ms Babbitt’s murder, then he should be charged, tried and sentenced according to the law for his crimes. Enough of the “rules for thee and not for me” BS. Enough.

More and more it seems like those who are in power base their decisions on what will most infuriate those who oppose their agenda with the purpose of goading them toward civil war.

How can you pardon someone for a crime they have not been convicted of? But he did this for his crack head son also.

The President has full power to grant pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in cases of Impeachment (Art. II, Sec. 2, cl. 1). He may pardon someone who thinks he may be charged.
If that trigger-happy murderous cop gets pardoned, I trust that God will take the appropriate vengeance.

Where has Lt. Michael Byrd been the last 4 years? Has he been in jail with the J6ers? If not, why not? This was not a sloppy discharge of a firearm at a gun range, so why was Babbitt’s body cremated within 4 days of the incident? Of course he will be pardoned for playing his part so well. If someone has a neck/head wound, would you carry them on a stretcher downstairs—head first? Their head lower than their heart and feet? Just seems odd to me.

If you want an example of chicken-$shite, cold-blooded, unwarranted shooting of a civilian--this guy is the wins the prize. He the perfect example of untouchable, excess tyranny gone wild--and his on-camera-killing of this woman was loudly cheered, like trained seals clapping their flippers, by the leftist media. Well, go ahead an pardon this monster in a suit--just go ahead. But he should remember that he has a recognizable face, a recognizable name along with an address and I bet that justice will catch up to him in some manner in the future.

Just the beginning of massive pardons for all the Deep State players and the illegals that have invaded. They desperately want that civil war before 1/20/25.

When someone answers a question that was never asked, that is called a “tell “.

What’s interesting here is, why isn’t maggot Pelosi, Schumer and McConnell being brought up on murder charges as well, because it’s this trio of scum who gave the orders to shoot her, they must be charged with the Negro who did their dirty work. this is dirty maggot racist negroid who belongs in prison until he croaks.

There is no time limit for the prosecution of Murder…
Any pardon issued should be null and void for the crime of Murder.
There was NO justification for what He did, when He shot Ashli.
Plain and simple…it was Murder…maybe not preplanned, but still
the same…unjustified taking of life !

Pardons only apply to justice that comes in a government-run courtroom.

Lon Horiuchi. What a blight on humankind. One more sliver of evidence that federal law enforcement prefers to hire sociopaths.

Michael Byrd if I could speak to you, I would have to say a famous quote by George Carlin “Its a Club and Your Not In It”

Don’t ask questions—just keep drinking the kool-aid. There were plenty of “defending” personnel on Byrd’s side of the door so there was no reason to shoot anyone. Babbitt was not seen with any weapon. No weapon was found with her fingerprints. No legal and reasonable motive for Byrd (a law enforcement official) to shoot anyone or anything. However, since the orchestrated J6 event (not a coup nor a riot or an insurrection) needed something to hype the imagined threat through the media, this fake shooting was an option if no one else provided the attempt to take it to the next level with a firearm. The best evidence is the deceased body—oops; cremation took care of that and without the consent of her parents. No proof now that a bullet even went into and through her body.
