The political genocide of the Constitution was allowed to happen very much through repetitive voting with no according plan for action, as it was either poorly taught in schools, taught in a limited and rote memorization manner or not taught at all. In addition, merely book knowledge of the Constitution was/is not enough to ensure its effectiveness. It requires robust teaching, training, and civic participation. This simply didn’t happen. The proof? Someone in the position of President merely making an anti-MAGA speech, even with prior democrat agitation and related policies, i.e., the two-tiered justice and legal systems, ensuring that the public discourse was directed by the schools and government and churches and not the people, and other such agendas wasn’t a cue for people to take corrective action. In fact, they were and are incapable of organizing and mobilizing in a widespread way to these ends. This was directly allowed, cultivated and tolerated by democrats and conservatives particularly, by demonstrating that they didn’t even make the connection between the poor public and private educational institutions alike, with the systemic dumbing-down spanning decades (while touting the Constitution is the law of the land, which is a falsehood on many fronts). During the previous decades of relative peace it could have been rectified. Now it will have to be fought for, or for something to replace it, with much higher volatility involved.
