This is straight out of 1920/30/40’s Stalinist Russia during the reign of terror, with deportations, “dekulakisations”, famines, gulags, work camps ten year prison terms for not producing at your assigned job you weren’t qualified to do, the peasant revolts, collectivization of agricultural ground, and output, confiscation of a % of ag production, followed by an increase the following years forcing inclusion of seed to plant reducing the following production outcome and penalizing for not reaching production goals, mandatory conscription into the military, prisoners of war sent to work camps, gulags, prison simply because they had been captured and deemed “traitors” with no proof given. An evil that stretched around the world including Facist Mussolini, Tito, Franco, and numerous other players.
This all happened at the end of Tsar Nicholas’s reign ending 1917 at the takeover by the Bolsheviks, continuing through the 1980’s. 10’s of millions of lives were lost. A history extremely convoluted due to the variety and constantly changing actors and players.
If you can’t see the similarities and that the same playbook is being used then you have to have an IQ so low you must not have a heartbeat. And the entire world is buying into this under the guise of “for your safety”. A PC way of saying” for “our control of you”.
