the idiot is visiting a car show and is howling how great the electric cars are is totally insane. What the idiot doesn’t know it takes fossil fuel plants to charge up those high-priced lemon cars they become. we have moron idiots running our government into the abyss as well as his sodomite trans gender bureaucracy helping him along with the demise of our Country.
We have Mentally ill people running everything and, that illness has now taken root in everything we see.

Now Honda can make both EV’s AND handy little gas-generator “personal EV charging stations” and thereby expand their brand. Maybe they’ll market them as a package deal. Honda for the WIN!!! Maybe someone will produce an EV with a built in recharging generator.
I’m still amazed how deaf our society is to the fact that EV’s are primarly about limiting one’s ability to escape and evade, and in truth virtually ZERO about petroleum supplies or saving the environment.

you are correct they want to limit how far you can travel freely and those limitations will deter you from many other things you want to do. buy a classic car and convert the carburetion over to alcohol use like they did prior to oil coming into production. you can make your own gas from grass clippings if you need to with a simple alcohol distillery on your property.

From sugar/starch sources, fermentation and distillation will produce ethanol. From cheaper cellulose sources such as wood, you can use fractional distillation to produce methanol (and other useful byproducts).

Another option will be a “wood gasifier”, which uses air starved burning wood to produce carbon monoxide, which cars can be modfide to run directly on.

Tuning your car to run *well* on these fuels will be easier if it has a carburetor.
