What doest thou here, Elijah?

When you begin to question everything, you can get lost in the weeds. What do I do, when do I do, how do I do, Everything is in ruin and I AM ALONE.

The pity party that happens when you watch the flames begin to lick the foundation of human civilization is hard for us to comprehend. Watching absolute filth be elevated to hero status and force fed to us all is paralyzing. Watching as the entire world seems to have gone mad makes us lose the ONLY thing we HAVE to hold.

Faith.

I recently have been praying for certain answers to questions that many of you are probably asking. I will simply say it was mostly “who do I emulate Lord?”

Aaron who wiped out the filth to the children and livestock or Moses who held up his staff and watched God Almighty do the work?

Today I read this, over and over and each time the clarity was more.

9 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?

10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:

12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.

13 And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

14 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

15 And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria:

16 And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.

17 And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.

18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

Yah asked Elijah twice because he answered in a spirit defeated. Yah showed Elijah his power but His voice was not in the power.

It

Was

in

The Quiet.

Then, Yah said GO!

And told him how it would happen, with the knowledge there were 7000 who were true. None would escape judgement.

You are not alone. You will know the what, the when and the how.

You don’t have to worry. Listen in the quiet. Not in the noise.

Excellent post, a few days ago I was reading Emmet Fox booklet #10 be still, this is on Psalm 46 a treatment against fear. I need to affirm constantly my belief in God, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

My spouse will often walk in on me when I am in prayer. When there is no interference or noise I get my best praying done.

Yes, find a quiet place and listen for our God to whisper! It is hard for me to hear the whispers in the city, so I live on the country. It is probably time for those of you still in the city to move as well.

Lord Christ is a warrior, and without the warrior where is the victory? I suspect we all have this “feeling” an “itch” and wait in frustration and agony. I also suspect we will all get orders at the same time and that the warrior will arrive and we will follow him. Pray.

Tremendous post, many thanks. For any biblical research fans, I recently had a letter to the editor posted in a local newspaper regarding what’s called Palm Sunday. Often, tradition super cedes truth in the Lenten season.
Jesus made two trips into Jerusalem, not one. If you’d like me to send it to you, stansylvester59@aol.com.

‘Tradition’ seems to super cede Truth in quite a few cases.

Many are aware of that but few can teach people what the errors are and what the truth is. For example, Jesus said that he’d be in grave like Jonas was in the belly of the great fish 3 days and 3 nights.
Good Friday 3 p.m. they tell us he dies. Sunday morning he was already risen when the women went to the tomb. Where are the three days and 3 nights? That’s barely a day and a half. For an answer, stansylvester59@aol.com

I understand what you are saying but I would slightly modify the object of your comment. The filth isn’t just DC and the pedos. At least half if not a significant portion of the citizens themselves (ourselves) look at porn, kill babies through abortion, etc. I don’t fight because we need this downfall so that “we the people” do one of two things: either repent or be killed. That must happen and the Lord will allow it. DC does need to be purged but so does the whole country. That’s all of us. Repent or die. That’s why I don’t fight.

That’s an awesome point about why you don’t fight. It seems that a lack of respect that many have learned throughout the decades from diminished quality of living conditions, status and upward mobility are also factors. At a certain point people have no incentive and even look towards an outside liberator. The speaks to the weakness of the churches in being a change agent, and for their adherents particularly.

Choice. People have always had a choice, free will.
People have short memories and usually take the path of least resistance.
Blaming the “churches” is also a bit off, if we understand that it is our ‘personal’ responsibility to seek and follow the Truth, as we navigate through this world. His Truth!

People did not have free will about the Covid-19 vaccines to a large degree when the ingredient list was not even made public; blank inserts accompanied the doses, as doctors assured their patients there are no contraindications for almost every person in the country. The churches pushed this demonstrating that it’s the will of the established ‘authorities’ that dictate and rule and not something as frivolous as the individual, the people deciding from being informed and having knowledge as to the risks. Another example is nursing homes, in which many patients weren’t even told they were being injected with the Covid-19 vaccines until afterwards. People are being sterilized by these shots. Where is their free will to reproduce and without tainted DNA?

They have free will to follow The Master. He is still leading. Through the Son.
Becoming set-apart from the world does have meaning.
Yes, the world itself is unfair. we are warned of this.
Covid vaccines, masks, etc. we (Many)had a choice. Some people chose poorly. They too bear a responsibility for their choices. What will we do different next time?
Banking crisis etc.?
People in nursing homes. and those given shots unknowingly. if you believe in Mashiak and the Father , we know these people and the youth are too in His plan.
Some believe the vaccine was a physical manifestation of the mark of the beast. i do not. There are some similarities, and perhaps a forerunner of sorts.
The Spiritual mark is perhaps the mark we should all be concerned of.

Nothing of any significance moves without leadership. The leadership were the great movers in the murder of Jesus Christ. The people followed. There are many scriptures where God confronts the leaders. Ephesians talks about the gift ministries in the church. One of them is teachers. Without an accurate teaching of God’s word, God people suffer. To see an exception look up Chuck Baldwin in Montana. That’s a spiritual leader.

How many people confront the leaders? Talk to them, reason with them? How many people have ever asked to attend an Elder meeting within their “church?” How many people even care to look into the political aspects of any of this and attempt to change the people, from a true position of caring and love? How about each other, our friends our acquaintances, people we run into in the world? All we see now on at least the surface is reality programming. A show for the masses.
The Free will choice is follow Him or follow the world. And i also need to do better.

Lawless, I hope you’re doing well. It sounds like you, I, and Wes have been asking the same question and you’ve come to an answer: you’ll know it when the time comes, I know it’s frustrating, I understand the wanting to “do something”. I realize the frustration with “just prepare”.
The truth is that we need to do those things, for when the word comes, we will know it, just as you intuited, All that “preparing” will help one to survive what’s coming, which is the collapse of EMPIRE USA and its fiat currency.
Truth be told, I miss you brother from another mother. Maybe someday we can reconcile.

Lawless, glad to see you are still praying… because i didn’t know you, i wasn’t quite sure which way the ball was going to bounce when you stopped posting after your mom passed… glad it bounced the right way… and i hope everything is fine on the home front… i always enjoyed your posts on your other site…
thank you for the pep talk and insight. I try to get someplace really quiet at least once a week (usually in the church prayer room) to hear that small voice… i agree that we are in a holding pattern/prep time and when things break they are gonna move fast… but all on the Lord’s time… I also think it is important to try to strengthen our church family for what is coming… and if you don’t have one yet, you should get on THAT asap…
In the mean time, how about an update on kidd rock?…lol… and has anybody in your group wrung out a box stock 10/22 lately?…
Thanks.
