OT, can anyone provide info about white hats, red hats, and black hats in NC?As in white hats being active duty military standing up to FEMA along with the red hats. The black hats being active duty military and government types?

The first two parts of this series are well worth watching.
One of the issues few are talking about, which is an immediate concern, is the toxicity of the silt and debris downstream from the dozens of chemical plants and industrial/manufacturing facilities, not to mention the several Superfund sites that have unremediated dumps of hazardous waste from the last several decades still sitting there. There are also nuclear waste processing facilities completely destroyed.
If you do go down there to help, you need PPE. Better to not go, and most of those people digging out will probably get very ill or worse. Once they reveal the true extent of the contamination, we’re looking at decades of class action lawsuits and Fed finger pointing. The nightmare has only just begun.
Maybe the slow/minimal response from the feds in certain areas is deliberate because they know the danger and will not say anything, who knows?
