This is one item I don’t think many people have thought about. How to heat small spaces with minimal resources. I’ve built several ammo can stoves ready to go into some small bunk houses and trailers. They are not installed yet, but they are ready to go when things go sideways. Here’s the link:

I have been talking with my son-in-law who has a car repair business about a couple of items. He has some but I will list them also. Oxy-Acetylene torch with spare gas bottles several types of torches, and silver solder rods. A gas-powered welding machine that possibly could be modified for multi-fuel. And of course -- welding rods. He also has a well on the shop site and I have a solar generator that could be used to power the well pump. I have told him we need to determine the depth of the well and see if we can find a hand pump that would work if all else failed. I have a large two man cross-cut saw. Need to get a brace and bit hand drill. Any manual hand tools would be helpful
A back hoe and a lot of body bags.
Plastic squeeze bottles for personal hygiene if there is no running water, wash cloths, or paper products. These could even be recycled and thoroughly rinsed dish detergent bottles and the like. Actually, I need to prepare some of these for my family as well!
Thank you Southern Prepper-your efforts are much appreciated.

Also, a Tap and Die set and thread chasers would be very beneficial for damaged threads that need to be repaired. We used this often on the submarine and would have been lost without them.
