IF YOU HAVE WATCH THAT VIDEO – Most of the shock behind the criticism can then be reconciled when you remember the FBI and DHS were warned about the attack at least three days in advance, -AND- additionally the terrorist Omar Mateen was working for a security contractor G4S, which is also a contractor for The Department of Homeland Security.
Many people are critical of FBI Director James Comey today for conflating the attack and obfuscating the motives and intent of terrorist Omar Mateen. Many seem shocked by what seems to be Comey’s lack of willing recognition.

Why Are 72 Homeland Security Employees on the Terror Watchlist?

No Fly List or any Govt. Terror Watch List violate the 5th and would the 2nd Amendments..
The fact that his suggestion that anyone on the No-Fly list should be made to surrender their weapons was as unconstitutional as it gets. Of course, that has never been a deterrent to Barack Obama. His absolute disregard for the Constitution is so widely documented it barely justifies recognition. But, just as an exercise, I would like to point out that the deprivation of life, liberty or property without due process of law is patently unconstitutional, and that is not who we are.
