WHISTLEBLOWER: Coca-Cola Forces Employees to Complete Online Training Telling Them to “Try to be Less White”

A whistleblower leaked shocking images of Coca-Cola’s online training modules instructing employees to “try to be less white.”

Karlyn Borysenko, an anti-critical race theory activist, obtained the images from an internal whistleblower and posted them online:

“Confronting Racism: Understanding what it means to be white, challenging what it means to be racist”

“Try to be less white”

To be less white is to:

  • Be less oppressive
  • Be less arrogant
  • Be less certain
  • Be less defensive
  • Be less arrogant
  • Be more humble
  • Listen
  • Believe
  • Break with apathy
  • Break with white solidarity

Robert Goddard. Wiley Ley. Werner von Braun. Arthur Rudolph.
All White Guys. Look at Pictures of the Control Rooms during the Moon Missions. Look at Pictures of the Drafting Rooms. Look at Pictures of the Aviation Shops. White Guys. Few Blacks, hardly any Asians. No curry-eating, cow-worshiping “H-1b’s” in sight.
Look Up “DFVLR” (if you can find it, joogle on’t show it.)

Why is it then that blacks the globe over have failed to produce a vibrant, productive, modern society? Most majority black nations fall to “shithole” status as President Trump put it. Even the ones that do better, like Zimbabwe or Ethiopia still have large segments of the population living in squalor slums. This stands in stark contrast to white / Caucasian societies.
Whites aren’t the problem.

I retired from Boeing about 14 years ago. One of the reasons I took an early retirement was because I was sick and tired of their institutional racism. It was like working for the 3rd Reich. If you were a white conservative patriot you were persona non grata. I thought once I retired I would be free of all of that reverse racism bullshit. How wrong I was. All of the big corporations are taking their marching orders from the counter culture government. And the government takes their orders from the mainstream media, or maybe it’s the other way around. Maybe the media and the government just have a big 69 fuck fest so nobody can really tell who is in charge. Oh Wait!!! I know who is in charge. It is the CCP. They own the democrat party and the main stream media. We are soooo screwed! 🙁

I have been a Jet Mechanic for over 40 Years, got away from “Corporate Aviation” just recently. First Night I had a Job as a Line Mechanic, I was handed the Day Log of a Boeing 737-200 and Signed the Preflight Inspection. Eventually Worked on stuff up to Lockheed L-1011 Freighters. All Hand-Built, Paper, Pencil and Slide Rule Designed, Bulletproof Reliable (even with Bullet Holes in them) Airplanes Built by Hand, one at a Time.
In my Time in the Airline/Corporate Industry, I only ever met three (3) Women with an A&P Rating. None could handle the abusive environment of being a Line Mechanic, in all Weather conditions, and most Tasks that required any real Physical Strength. All other ‘minority hires’ that I saw (not where I worked) were not only Incapable, Incompetent, but outright Dangerous to be around. The ‘Peter Principle’ meant that these failures were ‘promoted’ into Management, and gave Orders to Men who actually did the Work.
Failure began with “Computer-Aided Design” which let people who had Limited Skills ‘design’ Airplanes. Increasing Complexity, driven by the low cost and weight of Computer Systems, and the Airlines’ demand for Fuel Efficiency above All Factors led Directly to the “Boeing” (in name only) 737-MAX, a Plane that in Fact does Not Meet the Transport Category Standards for Inherent Stability -- thus the “Computer-Aided” Stability Control System.
There will be more Flaming Craters filled with Dismembered Body Parts, from the FAA being told to ‘re-certify’ that POS, because Boeing is “Too Big to Fail”.

I thought I’d never see that crap in my industry. I was wrong.
I retired from a career at sea as a Commerical Fisherman and Merchant Marine. I have sailed every conceivable type and size craft. When I first shipped out there was zero affirmative action BS crap. If you couldn’t do the job you were told the gangway goes both directions.
I had a black officer in the 90s report aboard with a Black Power T-Shirt. I told him to lose the BS shirt we don’t tolerate that shit at sea. I will find a White Power Shirt and see how you like it. He got rid of the shirt.
Beginning in the early 2000s I saw a change. We were signing people aboard who didn’t speak English. We signed Americans that could not read and write beyond a 3d grade level. They were allowed to cheat on written exams they couldn’t read.
Any idea how dangerous it is at sea? You have to be on the same page to fight fires and contain oil spills or dock the damn thing.
Then I saw what will be considered racist for mentioning. It IS racial but not racist. Black women were brought on board as Chief Stewards on American Merchant vessels. They could not read and had zero people and management skills. They could not inventory or order supplies. They never shipped as cooks or in entry positions. Bam, bring them on as supervisor.
I asked the Captain and the Union why are we bringing people aboard who were obviously not capable of doing the job. I was told that TPTB decided to bring Black women on board to give the black crewmembers someone to see and identify with. That they were not fit to fill any other position on board. That’s it. No merit. No skill. Just Black and Female.
In my career at sea, I worked for some very fine female officers on the Bridge. They were academy graduates and they EARNED their slot.
So I have no problem working for women -- who earned the privilege.

It is none of the above. Color is not an issue. affiliation to which group is not so much an issue.
They, ‘The Collective’ is attacking the Individual.
Individuality is the minority. And we are hated. They want ‘Need’ us to shut up and conform! lotsa luck with that.
Did ya know the word luck is not found in the Bible?
