The United States is now acknowledging that we were responsible for the deaths of 24 Pakistani soldiers. This admission will go largely unnoticed by the media in our country while other nations will use this against us. The State Department’s motto in this administration under the “leadership” of Hillary Clinton can be summed up succinctly as: “What – Me Worry?”.
This administration’s use of NATO as convenient cover for Valerie Jarrett’s “right to protect” program shows a lack of responsibility that we can ill afford to show to the rest of the world. Actions have consequences and the American people should not have to suffer for this administration’s incompetence concerning the nation’s defense.

US concedes responsiblity for Nato airstrike
The US has conceded for the first time it bears significant responsibility for a Nato airstrike that killed 24 Pakistani soldiers, but stopped short of the apology that would help repair relations with its ally.
The troops died when American and Afghan commandos wrongly concluded there were no Pakistani forces in a border area before calling in an airstrike, according to leaked details of a US military investigation.
However, the leaks prompted the Pentagon to issue some of its findings, expressing “deepest regret” but defending the actions of its troops and blaming Pakistan for failing to share co-ordinates of its border posts.
At its headquarters in Brussels, Nato officials also accused Pakistani troops of opening fire on US and Afghan forces.
With relations between the US and the Pakistan already at an historic low, the handling of the report has further enflamed tensions.
Pakistan’s military spokesman said he was angry at Washington trying to spin the story with selective briefings to journalists
