There is a Russian made movie on you tube with sub titles. It’s called “Best in Hell”. It’s about the fighting in Ukraine. It was written by a Wagner guy who was eventually KIA. Pretty good movie. If you’re a veteran with mortar or artillery experience, you will like this movie even more. At first I didn’t notice, but in the movie, the two sides are not referred to as Russian or Ukrainian. They are the whites and the yellows. Because they all look alike and wear similar uniforms, the Russians usually wear white arm bands in combat and the Ukes wear yellow arm bands. The story has no good guys and no bad guys. Both sides are treated equal. The movie is trying to tell that both sides are really cousins. I sometimes had a hard time telling who was who in the door to door fighting. In Russian military slang, 200 means dead and 300 means wounded. Working means combat or fighting. Check it out. It’s based on an actual battle.
