If Dick Morris Is Correct, Get Ready for Civil War

If Mr. Morris is correct, we will know by July 27th if this is actually the administration’s plan to circumvent the second amendment. Funny thing about arrogance: it makes people overestimate their power and underestimate their opponents. The second amendment was put in place by our forefathers to protect the people from the government. It is our duty to be vigilant concerning the signing of the Arms Trade Treaty by Hillary Clinton as well as its implications.

I believe the Miller case needs to be re-visited. The 1934 NFA is in direct conflict with what the 2nd amendment guaranteed. Although, I think the problem exists in the interpretation of what a “Well Regulated Militia” is define as. Ordinary citizens may not qualify as militia, unless they are organized as militia.

Furthermore, If the 2nd Amendment gives way to the Militia to arm themselves in order to protect themselves from a tyrannical government, then why does the 1934 NFA prohibit military type weapons? Why has no one challenged this illegal law since 1934? Is the Militia required to use hunting rifles and target type guns to defend themselves against a superior force with superior weapons? Why can the militia not own and use whatever weapons they determine necessary to defend themselves?

The 1968 Gun Control Act takes it one step further, violating the spirit of the 2nd Amendment:

And once more:
1986 Firearm Owner Protection Act: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firearm_Owners_Protection_Act

Therefore, the question is, why doesn’t the NRA, or other wealthy originations challenge these laws, and why has no previous president reversed, or has repealed them? Does the supreme law of the land have NO teeth, or merits? Why would the new Treaty be dealt with any different today? We quit following the Constitution back during the early 1900’s. The people today will do less than ever before, and the keyboard warriors can not help us either.

Where do Mr. Morris say anything about Civil War? Are we misleading the folks again?

I don’t know where Mr. Morris “do” that, but if you can figure out what was wrong with your question you are on your way to answering it yourself.

Sometimes offering the perception of intelligence is almost as good as the real thing.

Just a guess. You have an Obama sticker on your car, you don’t comb your hair often, and you want everything to be free, right?

No officer in any of the state’s ‘national guards’ is going to risk their pensions to actually do their duty to defend the Constitution. We [I just might have a mouse in my pocket] need to secure the armories of these tools of national socialism in the name of Liberty. I say this as a 20 year vet of the USAF and the Air National Guard of a state to be named later.

The senior officers of our military are not warriors. They are gov’t hacks. ro, tsgt, usaf
