Fred…You are not wrong. Not only did she vote for McCarthy, but she was actively campaigning for him by walking around and putting her phone, (with Trump on the other end), up to the ear of reps that they were trying to coerce to vote for McCarthy. It was a widely circulated video at the time.
It does seem to be a modus operandi of the compromised repub party to always have a couple of outspoken members in the spotlight saying what their base wants to hear..Saying, but not taking any meaningful action. Once those members’ true nature is exposed, or they become otherwise unbelievable, then the spotlight is turned in another direction. Example: Trey Gowdy amongst many others. DOG AND PONY SHOW.
