So, if you discharge a gun inside a building to defend yourself, that’s a crime too, now? I gotta get outta this state.
In short, No. The discharging of a firearm in a building to cause fear or riot. IE a gang banger firing off a few rounds in to the ceiling while he robs the local liquor store.
