I was watching the video posted by Bob concerning the arrest of the Globalists and medical “professionals” who are killing us.
Did you know:
Every state in the US except North Carolina allows a regular citizen to make an arrest if they see somebody committing a felony. In North Carolina a citizen can detain a suspect who is committing a felony, but they don’t have the right to transport the person without consent. For this reason it is not technically considered a “citizen’s arrest” in North Carolina.
So you may detain someone if you are sure that they are committing a felony and not a misdemeanor. I would consider the development of a bioweapon designed to kill people, sterilize our children and eliminate our personal liberty to be a felony.
But the about statement assumes that we live in a Republic defined by the rule of law which is not true. In the absence of orders, go out and find a Globalist or someone supporting their agenda….
If you detain someone in North Carolina as the Friar stated and George Soros controls the judiciary, what other recourse do we have when they are set free and not even prosecuted?

But he stated everyone including judges, AGs, everyone and then hold elections so that we can hold fair trials and prosecute them. I myself believe this can be accomplished.
I myself do not think this cancer will be that easy to eradicate. some of the cancer will not be responsive to conventional treatments and will need to be excised from the body. this will take real men with skills on how to catch and dress a predator such as the Traitor!
I agree, we have to start somewhere if we started doing this the compliant sheep would scream for help from their masters. Our very lives depend on taking action, we will not survive if we don’t.
NC is a messed-up state. How can the governor control the elections people? How can we not have the right to make a citizens arrest? I keep seeing NC rederred to as a “red” state, but it sure doesn’t feel that way. Lots of people are moving across the border to SC or farther… We need an audit of our last two elections NOW -- I believe we might find the results to be different than they are. But I don’t see anyone taking action to do that nor do I get a response when I email our “conservative” legislators. Now they’re messing with our maps and trying to make a case against Madison Cauthorn to keep him from running again. How do you fix this?

His premise is absurd -- no offense meant, just a shocked reaction to his logic. Even if it were a thing, I can’t think of a municipality in my dear old North State where I would feel assured that law enforcement would arrest and jail a corrupt official on my say-so. Quite the contrary; I would fully expect Officer Obie to beat the living Floyd out of me, with or without direction from the aggrieved tyrant.
I think he was saying do this with armed militia locally and if the Sheriff is not up to enforcing this arrest him as well with a force of arms. Also legally you have this right under natural law in right of self defense.
NC has changed so dramatically it is mind numbing !!! I went to school in NC way back when and everyone was very conservative even the Democratic party was. Must remember it is a state with many universities and colleges and we know what consumes them. The beaches like Wrightsville taken over by big money and Hollywood not to mention the cities especially where banking is a major item. Cities unfortunately are a cesspool of liberal politics and anything else you can name. Ashville has always been a place for far left and anti establishment living and drugs have been there forever. Now not complaining about drugs when my room mate in college was a moonshine runner. and this was a way of life for many—ever had any white lightening—the good stuff. For those that don’t know, you feel fine one minute and the next you are face down in the dirt with everyone laughing their asses off. Now runners are very conservative if you hadn’t guessed it and this was the norm of most in NC—-All hard working people like the Furniture Industry that moved to China—-I fear the influx is and has changed NC and will only get worse. Fla look out—--My old friends are hard nosed—ok you don’t run the good stuff unless you are ready. Side note—remember going up on the mountain and the guy I was with pointed out about 10/15 FEDS getting ready to go after a still and started laughing, he knew who they were going after and said the old man had already moved his still down river. Now they grow herbs etc. and sell them in NY—--Sorry to say I think NC is almost over the top and it breaks my heart—-My wife was also born in Wilmington and the stories of money coming in —ok will quit my rambling —just thought I’d throw that out there —-redistricting will be the killer—-and the good ole boys dying off—-

defined by Rule of CONSTITUTIONAL Law! You left out the Constitution part which reverses the meanin to rule of law, which is socialism/communism as exampled by the rule of law government in Kabul.
In my small city in Arizona, it would likely end up with medical personnel being the larger % of people being arrested. Early on in the plandemic our mayor tried the mask mandate and immediately removed it, the sheriff said he would not enforce it either. It is in my opinion worth doing.
This is the point I tried to make on the video. It’s past arresting we’re way past arresting unfortunately. The entire system is corrupt top to bottom. Some say think locally or local community, that will only work imo in a crisis too many are still asleep or under some sort of trance. The masses need to be awaken someway or another.
This video was sent to me by someone living in NYC. After watching this I was disgusted and chills ran up my back. Our cities in blue states will become this if we do not stand up for what is right (you don’t need me to tell you what is right) as most of you already know. Fair warning watching this, but this person who sent this to me sees this everyday coming and going to work.
A citizen’s arrest means you detain someone until the police arrive, then the regular justice system takes over. If the police aren’t interested in arresting someone for something, and you detain them, the police are not going to take that person away. They’ll likely take you away for jumping some person who by legal standards has not committed a crime.
If you are talking about revolution, then you suck as a revolutionary. A real revolutionary wouldn’t need to first find some legal doctrine of the state you are revolting from that says you aren’t a revolutionary against that state. The Founders didn’t cite British law when they revolted against the British.
I think he was talking about natural law, not citing english or founding documents, we have the natural right of self-defense and they are committing mass genocide.
Would you all feel guilty if someone went up to the state capitol and started to off these creeps that rule over us? To say they are not trying to kill me and my family is a LIE!!!! So I would not feel one bit of sorrow for any of them. I myself do not wish to hurt anyone but at some point there has to be force applied to the right spots and these people will crumble.
