I am not a lawyer either, but I know exactly what shall not be infringed mean. I have followed that law for years and plan to continue too.

Shame an oath take will not say that. Kind of makes me think he does not intend to fulfill his oath. Just saying.

No point talking to a Lawyer.
ATF Doesn’t even understand LAW, they actually believe “They” Are Law makers.
So how the hell can a Lawyer help you when even ATF doen’t understand LAW.

They are flinging every terd they can find and will tke ANY material that will stick.

Regulatory agencies can not make law. Only congress may make laws. At least that’s the way it’s supposed to be.
