Looks fake. Some say the term cracker comes from the old days when the boss would crack the whip. Others from the civil war days referring to crack shot of the average Southern soldier. I mean they could’ve added a chicken next to the barrel or throw a straw hat on the old boy if they really wanted to go down home.
